Cancellation Policy

Charm understands that sometimes schedules change and requests at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a "No-Show" will incur a charge of 100% of the service amount. Please note that appointments made within 24 hours(same day or overnight) must be canceled or modified at least 4 hours before the appointment time to avoid a charge of 100% of the service amount. Please note that if you are over 8 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 10 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a "No-Show," and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled. Calls after charge will not be honored. Please note that if your card fails when charging a no-show or cancellation fee, you will have to pay an additional $25 deposit to schedule moving forward. This deposit will go towards the cost of your appointment and is non-refundable or transferable. This policy also applies to excessive rescheduling. If deposit exceeds service remainder will be refunded. Charm Beauty and Esthetics values your time and feels that it is fair to honor the same policies we hold for our clients. Therefore, should the Spa need to cancel on a client with less than 24 hours' notice, we will honor 50% off your next identical service and do all we can to reschedule your appointment promptly. However, this does not apply to unsafe weather conditions, power outages, or any other unforeseen events that would impact the service. Due to the current climate of our world, if you feel sick, feverish, or have a sore throat, please call to reschedule your appointment. At this time, only those being serviced can attend appointments. Therefore, please refrain from bringing extra guests or children who are not being serviced. Spa Services: C.B.E strives to provide the utmost customer service and satisfaction with spa services. If you are displeased with your spa service, please bring it to our attention at the time of checkout. It is our policy to ensure that all services are provided appropriately and professionally. Upon approval of spa management, you will be eligible to receive a follow-up complimentary service for us to have the chance to "make it right" and please you. We do not provide refunds for spa services or packages; the sole remedy is providing a complimentary follow-up service. We will gladly refund or exchange unused products if you return the product with a receipt within 7 days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging. If you are experiencing an allergic reaction, stop using the product and contact Charm Beauty and Esthetics immediately. You must have a valid receipt documenting that the purchase had been made within the last 7 days. Gift card orders are not exchangeable nor refundable. Privacy Policy: Our highest commitment is to your privacy. Your personal information is confidential. This includes your credit card info, address, phone numbers, conversations, and email address on file. We do not share your personal information or email with third parties. In addition, we will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information.
